I think Kenex made a big mistake in not seeking public attention to the DEA action for over a month. I suspect that their motivation for not seeking public attention might have been influenced by not wanting to get into the drug war/hemp debate. Either way, they should have sought media attention immediately.
Just wait until some USDA scientists genetically modify some cannabis so it has no THC.
